As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist my approach is holistic (mind, body, and soul) and systemic. I am committed to helping individual and families address areas of concern that keeps them “stuck” and going in cycles. I conduct therapy using biblical principles, the Holy Spirit, education and experiences to strategically challenge and encourage to people work through past/present experiences to move forward.
I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology degree from Auburn University in 2009 and my Masters in Behavioral Science for Marriage and Family Therapy from Cameron University in 2015. I have had the opportunity to work in a mental health hospital, rehabilitation facilities, schools, therapeutic foster care agencies, and other outpatient settings.
